"Carolyn,
Gary and I went to see the monument this
weekend. It was very hard, as I knew it would be. I did not
want to leave. The monument is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It is in
the back of the cemetery and I could stand at the entrance and
see it. It stands out that much!
I am so satisfied. It was even better than
I thought. Your artist is GREAT. She even has the Green Bay
and Titan Emblems on the helmets. Amazing! I am so impressed.
It looks like Dustin is fishing and watching the game at the
same time!! I know Dustin is so proud. Thank you so much for
your patience and help through this. I am completely satisfied.
Please tell your staff thank you very much
for everything."

"Mr. Wichman,
Just wanted to thank you for doing such a
wonderful job on this last material piece we will ever buy for
Levi. I have told several people how working with your company
has meant to my husband and I. At a time of such crisis it was
so refreshing to find a compassionate company willing to give
us a lifetime of memories in one single stone. You and your
staff took the time to speak with me over the phone and find
out our favorite memories and then succeeded in compiling them
into one long lived memorial.
So many have visited our son's gravesite
and marveled at the headstone. Everyone remarks they have never
seen anything like it. My husband and I are especially impressed
with the way your artist captured our sons very essence in the
sketch engraved on this stone!
Your staff has been professional and courteous
through out the whole ordeal. They were so compassionate! I
felt they even hurt with us over our loss.
I know if we need something of this kind
again in the future. we will choose this company. I feel very
fortunate to have found you on the website! Thank you very much!"

"Dear Fred,
I just wanted to thank you so much for all
your help in creating the monument for my husband. Although
the rough drawing I sent you was just that, a rough drawing,
you worked with me until we had all of the details worked out.
My children are thrilled with the fact that "Mom Designed it".
This would have never been possible without your company.
It is really nice knowing that your company
is so personal and friendly in a time that I needed it most.
my children and I are very happy with the monument, and have
received many compliments on how nice it looks. Thank you so
much for your kindness and patience. You all are wonderful and
your work is beautiful."

"Dear Mr. Wichman,
The monument you recently installed for me
at Walnut Grove Cemetery, Paris, MO is beautiful. Many people
have viewed it and have been highly complimentary. My sons and
I are very pleased with it. It was a pleasure doing business
with you. You were courteous and helpful in our phone conversations.
I am satisfied with the price. The men who installed it were
courteous and informative. All you did for me is appreciated."

"Dear Mr. Wichman,
I want to express
our appreciation for being so helpful during this process. Your
concern and caring attitude for our family was evident from
the beginning. The result was a monument that our family can
point to with great pride. We marvel at how striking it is when
you round the corner in the cemetery and head to the grave site.
It is no wonder that Wichman Monuments has been in business
over 50 years! Your service was superb."

"Hello
Fred
Because
the monument arrived just before memorial day. It was not installed
until yesterday.
While
there are over 8000 internment's in the Mt. Vernon cemetery.
None of the art work comes close to the one you and your crew
crafted for Elizabeth and I. The art work on our monument is
truly a masterpiece of the 21st century. Everyone that has looked
at it has been impressed by the quality of the art work and
the quality of the stone.
I
was told that while it was sitting in the storage area at the
monument company, a monument salesman took pictures of it to
take back to his office in Washington.
If
you have any customers in our area I will gladly show them the
monument or email them photos.
Thanks
for a job well done."

Dear Mr. Wichman and Linda Carpenter and
staff:
After much traveling, I have finally slowed down long enough
to send you this email I promised.
We were so happy with the monument made by the company. It is
absolutely the best in the cemetery! Its been a couple of months
and my dates are all scattered but I believe the monument arrived
around June 2 or 4 or something to New York. The horse on top
of the Mahogany urn actually had my dad in it. I carried him
through airports from LA to Atlanta to New Jersey to New York.
The horse is a beautiful leather horse from our gift shop (on-line,catalog)
and I had it mounted by a local carpentry shop since my dad
was one of the first black cowboys and film producers back in
the day. The photo you see on the side of the box is actually
the photo discs that are made to be inlaid in monuments, I just
had it affixed to the side of the box. At first we were going
to keep him. You’d simply turn the box around when company came
and no one would be the wiser.
Anyway, I arrived with Dad in tow and the caretakers took me
to the plot with the monument, first saying it would be weeks
before they could remove him and get the plaque laid -- well
2 $20 bills did the trick for one caretaker and he said go to
lunch and when I returned dad was resting down in the plot,
plaque mounted and granite in place within 1 hour!
That company was awesome - the letters are huge - everything
was done correectly and I even got the nice border your sister
picked out - we loved it and you made it all happen and all
our relatives have dignity because of Wichman Monument.
Thank You so much for putting up with me and helping us do right
by Grand and Great-Grand Parents.
Bless You

Dear Mr. Wichman,
My letter to you is long overdue. I feel that I’ve gotten to
know you well enough over the past year that I can tell you
what a special person you are.
You were willing from the first time I talked to you to help
us find exactly what we were looking for in a Celtic cross monument.
Your compassion and understanding of our situation showed in
your professional handling of every detail. Despite errors beyond
your control, you have been honest and apologetic. Our family
is very, very pleased with the beautiful cross for our daughter
and sister. As hard as it is to say this, I feel that our paths
were meant to cross. You are a sweet and charming gentleman.
I wish we lived closer so that I could thank you in person.
Please take care of yourself
With Best Wishes to you and your family.
Sincerely,
Theresa Miller
Dear Mr.Wichman,
I am the Custodian of the Memorial Garden at St. Anne’s Episcopal
Church in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Buddy Garrett and I
were working together in obtaining the Celtic Cross for our
Garden, and I am just as pleased as he is over it’s beauty.
I understand Buddy has already sent you some pictures, and I
am also sending you a few additional ones, via U. S. Mail, taken
during the delivery.
I would also like to add a special thank you to the two gentlemen,
Wayne Cuzzort and Brad Tinker, who delivered and erected the
cross. They were very professional and accommodating and an
asset to your company.
I would like to know if the inscriptions have any special meaning.
If so, I would appreciate it if you would let me know what it
is, or what the designs represent. We have had quite a few inquiries
about this.
Again, thank you for doing a wonderful job.
Hogan Gaskins

Dear Carolyn and Fred -
Thank you so much for the photos. The Celtic Cross is absolutely
magnificent - and the markers as well. Thank you so very much
for working with me and creating a most fitting monument for
our parents. It is beyond my expectations.
Thank you, thank you
Warmly - Pat Maguire and family

Dear Mr. Wichman:
I would like to take this opportunity to once again thank Wichman
Monuments for the thorough and professional approach taken in
completing a challenging task.
I live 3000 miles from my mother’s resting place, but through
the caring assistance of your staff and the user—friendly design
of your website. I was able to select an attractive monument
design and customize it for a result I am sure my mother would
have loved.
The installation of the monument went off without a hitch as
well. I have received many compliments from family and friends
on the very attractive monument, and was filled with joy and
gratitude when I finally was able to see it in person.
I am grateful to the company for taking a project that could
have been very stressful and making it very pleasant and satisfying.
Thanks once again,
Jeff deGraan
Dear Fred Wichman & Staff
The monument you helped us create for our daughter, Ashley Westberg,
is absolutely beautiful! There simply are no words worthy to
express our sincere Thank You to everyone at Wichman Monuments.
Your staff's professionalism, encompassed with enormous amounts
of compassion, and endless patience, helped us through an extremely
difficult process. Wichman helped us capture our vision and
channel our wonderful memories into a work of art that will
forever represent Ashley's life.
Ashley loved green and your staff's selection of the light green
granite stone, sprinkled with the burgundy flex, is breathtakingly
beautiful and so perfect. We are so amazed at the color and
elegance of the granite; simply a 'one-of-a-kind' that can be
immediately seen from a distance in the Masonic Cemetery. Compliments
have been amazing!
The art work and quality of the etching & cutting of the
granite is top quality! Ashley's Angel Wings, created by one
of her gymnasts and now included as part of the new Gym Magic
logo, turned out absolutely perfect! The final design, both
front and back of the stone, is a wonderful tribute, allowing
Ashley's life to continue to shine and come alive in memory
for all that visit her grave! "Getting it perfect"
was your goal and we are forever grateful to you!
We are so thankful to have found Wichman Monuments via the Internet.
Your website is wonderful! From the beginning, we felt Wichman
would not only take care of our concern for the perfect monument,
but would also take care of our heart and help to comfort our
souls as well.
As Wichman provided our family with complete support, you too
dealt with the tragic loss of an integral part of your Wichman
Monument family, Carolyn Smith. A loss so tragic and unexpected
for you, yet during this difficult time an unwavering thoughtfulness
continued to flow from your heart to ours. Please know that
you, and Carolyn, will always be in our heart and prayers.
Wichman Monuments, you went far beyond our expectations!

Dear Fred,
This is a long overdue letter of "thanks" for all
your help in the purchase of the monument for our gravesite.
I have had a bit of time to look back at the Lord's involvement
in leading us together at a very tragic time in my life. I very
much appreciated your kindness, your personal attention, your
patience with me. You were very faithful to follow up on each
step of the process. I found that your design work was very
articulate and professional in reflecting exactly what I was
lead to accomplish in the purchase of this monument.
Every detail of design was accomplished in the finished product.
Your installation crew was very professional and courteous as
well.
Well done, Fred! I would recommend your firm to anyone without
reservation.
Sincerely yours,
Philip M. Norris

Dear Mr. Wichman,
The headstone has arrived and it is exactly what we wanted!
We'd like to Thank you, Carol and Trent on your compassionate
and helpful service!
I know it is your business to deal with people in grief on a
daily basis. But we really appreciate the fact that you ALL
worked with us and listened patiently to our wishes and concerns.
Carol bent over backwards to make sure that she understood what
we wanted and talked to you about getting the monument we envisioned,
within our price range. Hang on to her!
Although Trent and I went back and forth a few times on the
design. Eventually, we figured out that we were both talking
about the same thing. He never lost patience with me either.
Thanks again for giving us a beautiful monument for our family
and especially for our son. He would really like what you did!
Sincerely,
Vickie O'Connell & Family
